- Partner with Brand Marketing, Finance, Consumer and Shopper Analytics, and Customer Teams to develop national and channel‑specific DSMP trade strategies and supporting customer trade investments.
- Develop annual customer volume and trade spending targets with Brand Marketing and Finance.
- Co‑develop and manage customer/channel specific trade plans; adjust tactics as needed.
- Collaborate with VP of Sales to identify initiatives driving sales targets.
- Monitor and manage customer promotional activity and trade spending for strategic alignment and maximum ROI.
- Conduct customer‑specific analysis across the portfolio of brands to identify key issues and opportunities; recommend improvements.
- Lead the monthly volume and trade spending projection process with Brand Marketing, Sales Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Build working relationships with cross‑functional groups (Category Strategy, Sales Planning, Brand Marketing, Brand Finance, Sales Finance).
- Understand business performance, drivers, trends, and opportunities at the customer level to inform strategy.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum 8+ years of CPG sales experience required.
- Previous experience in trade management, customer planning, analytics, and customer/field account management is a plus.
Base salary range $138,000–$198,400. Individual base pay depends on location and factors such as experience and education. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. All employees receive competitive health, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
