** What you will do…
** We are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Production Coordinator to support our in-house content studio. This role is essential to keeping our production engine running smoothly, tracking timelines, managing logistics, and helping the team stay focused and on schedule. You will juggle multiple projects at once, support producers and creatives, lead weekly production meetings, and help scorecard our success across campaigns and content types.

• Support producers and studio leadership in managing production timelines, calendars, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
• Lead weekly production meetings to align teams, review priorities, and flag risks or blockers
• Track and maintain project documentation including briefs, scopes, budgets, and production schedules
• Coordinate logistics for shoots, meetings, and reviews—including booking talent, locations, props and vendors as needed
• Help manage asset delivery and versioning across platforms (digital, retail, social)
• Assist in maintaining scorecards and performance trackers to measure studio output and success
• Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving
• Maintain organized systems for file management, production tools, and team workflows
• Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, resource gaps, and production challenges with a calm, solutions-first mindset
• Stay flexible and responsive in a fast-moving studio environment, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines
