** Who you will work with...
** 6+ years of experience in brand and packaging design in consumer goods Recent package design experience on nationwide CPG brands is required

Strong design strategy and execution skills—balancing creative vision with business objectives

Experience in artwork production & pre-press for high-quality output across formats Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to communicate design rationale Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience at a design/creative agency or in-house for CPG strongly preferred Knowledge of commercialization processes and participation in cross-functional meetings ### Make History With Us
