Anesthesiologist - Night Float - Camden, NJ

Virtua Anesthesia – West, a dedicated group of anesthesiologists serving Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Camden, NJ, is seeking an experienced Night Float Anesthesiologist to join our team.

This role provides independent, in-house overnight coverage with a focus on:

• Airway management throughout the hospital
• OB anesthesia call and support
• Emergent and urgent cases that arise overnight
• Collaborating with surgical, ED, ICU, and OB teams to ensure safe and timely care

The position is structured as a week-on / week-off schedule, offering a predictable rotation and extended time off.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Anesthesiologist
• Minimum 2–3 years of post-training experience preferred (or equivalent high-volume, high-autonomy experience)
• Strong skills in airway rescue
  , OB anesthesia
  , and emergency response
• Ability to work independently with confidence and sound clinical judgment
• Commitment to quality, patient safety, and teamwork

• Work with a respected, cohesive anesthesia team
