PT Extended Day Teacher- Bi-lingual

PT Extended Day Teacher – Bilingual Preferred (2pm-6pm)

Join us as an Extended Day Teacher at Acelero Learning. In this part‑time role, you will support a Head Start and/or Early Head Start classroom from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, working closely with the lead teacher and families to implement the curriculum and achieve learning outcomes for children with diverse abilities.

• Communication and Service Coordination.
• Record Keeping and Reporting.
• Ongoing Monitoring / Self‑assessment.
• Plan and implement learning experiences that advance intellectual and physical development, including literacy, phonemic awareness, language use, vocabulary, and problem‑solving skills.
• Establish and maintain a safe, healthy learning environment.
• Support the social and emotional development of children.
• Encourage the involvement of families and build relationships between children and their families.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift a child weighing 40 pounds, 20 times a day if needed.
• Basic computer literacy: email usage, word processing, and internet navigation.

This position earns up to $15.13 hourly.
