Part Time Extended Day Teacher- Bi-lingual

Join us as a Part Time Extended Day Teacher
- Bi-lingual Preferred (2pm-6pm) at Acelero Learning.

This position serves as an Extended Day Teacher for a Head Start and/or Early Head Start center, working collaboratively with other teachers and family members to ensure successful classroom operations and positive outcomes for children of all abilities. The hours are 2:00pm-6:00pm.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Communication and Service Coordination
• Record Keeping and Reporting
• Monitoring and Self-assessment
• Planning and implementing learning experiences to promote children's development and school readiness
• Maintaining a safe, healthy learning environment
• Supporting social and emotional development
• Engaging families and fostering relationships

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift a child weighing 40 pounds, 20 times a day if needed
• Basic computer skills (email, word processing, internet)
• Passing physical exam and background checks

Compensation:
Up to $15.13 per hour.
