This role offers a $5,000 bonus and up to $5,000 for relocation expenses. Starting salaries for new teachers are $60,000, with potential earnings up to $111,000 based on experience and education, along with growth opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:- Commit to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement lesson plans, assignments, and assessments in collaboration with school leadership and curriculum resources.
- Analyze student assessment data to inform instruction.
- Collaborate with grade-level teams to discuss student work and share best practices.
- Engage families through regular communication and relationship-building.
- Show genuine interest and care for students’ success.
- Engage in self-reflection, accept feedback, and seek growth opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree with a record of achievement.
- Teacher certification (completed or in process).
- Expertise in subject area.
- Experience working with underserved communities.
- Ability to motivate and support students.
- Positive mindset and drive for excellence.
- Resilience and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong instructional skills driven by data.
- Ability to perform essential duties, including traveling, standing, walking, sitting, speaking clearly, and using technology.
