The Program Facilitator will work within Rutgers–Camden Community Engagement to facilitate programming in community centers across Camden.
Responsibilities include:
- Adult education and workforce development activities
- Arts and culture programming
- Health and wellness initiatives
- Youth and families engagement
- Educational opportunities for all ages
- Individual and family support services
- Collaborating with the City of Camden, Rutgers staff, and community partners to maximize the use of community centers
- Ensuring a fully on‑site work arrangement at assigned locations
Minimum hourly wage: $18/hour. Final compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, and available grant funds.

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; 3–5 years of administrative and/or supervisory experience; excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
- OR bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a master’s degree required for specialized roles; 5 years of leadership/managerial experience, or 3 years of related experience with a master’s degree; excellent communication skills and computer literacy.
- High school diploma/ GED.
- Experience working with children, adult learners, or senior citizens in community education settings.
- Knowledge of engaging urban/city audiences.
- Spanish fluency preferred.
