The Center for Urban Research and Education (CURE) is seeking a Research Manager (part‑time/temporary) for the administration, research and evaluation of the after school youth organizing project funded by the Rowan University‑Rutgers Camden Board of Governors. This position will work primarily with the department administrator and project co‑PIs but will also directly interact with community partners and consultants during program delivery.

• Provides professional management of assigned duties and assures that the project proceeds as planned.
• Communicates and collaborates with numerous individuals to maintain involvement in all facets of the project; may be accountable for major project implementation decisions, process design, and participant satisfaction.
• Demonstrates leadership role in forming and maintaining productive working relationships.
• Provides instruction to staff, consultants, and volunteers in the implementation of the strategy of CURE.
• Develops procedures and plans for research project execution and ensures all external inquiries are effectively resolved.
• Acts as a subject matter expert and consultant to faculty or staff.
