Job Description

· Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.

· Prepares and cleans up the college nursing laboratories for scheduled lab classes.

· Cleans and maintains lab equipment including manikins and models.

· Orders and maintains laboratory supplies to maintain par levels and lab equipment through communication with vendors to obtain estimates/quotes and communicates needs to laboratory coordinator.

· Organizes and maintains laboratory environment including making sure all equipment is in working order.

· Maintains simulation equipment and hardware warranties.

· Updates pyxis and prepares simulated medications for use in skills lab.

· Tracks open lab hours for nursing students enrolled in CCC nursing courses in coordination with CTE coach.

· Assists simulation faculty/teaching administrators in preparation for and during scheduled simulation exercises.

· Provides general assistance to the success of laboratory offerings in all Camden County College nursing courses.

· Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and evening hours.

• Travels between the Joint Health Sciences Center in Camden, NJ and Blackwood, NJ.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor and Director.

• Certification in health-related field or Associate in Science (AS) required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Computer competencies to include but not limited to Microsoft Office, Canvas, Electronic Health Records and Google suite.
