Systems Engineer; Camden, NJ

Camden, NJ Contract On-Site Flexibility/Remote:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following: systems engineering, software/system analysis, requirements development, verification & validation, trade studies, modeling & simulation, integration & test.
• High proficiency in: C++ (or another object-oriented language), MATLAB for analysis, modeling, and test automation, scripting languages (Python, Bash, Power Shell) for task automation and CI/CD tooling, DOORs, git, Confluence Tool Suite.
• Experience with radar performance analysis, requirements allocation, algorithm development, and interface definition to convert customer-defined radar requirements into detailed software specifications.
• Develop high fidelity models and run simulations to evaluate radar system performance.
• Provide individual contributor effort for system design and test for the RCP SCI and support agile systems engineering process, including scrum meetings and sprint planning.
• Execute system verification activities, integration and test, and support for certification and testing milestones.
• Radar systems development experience including algorithms, software, data analysis, and modeling and simulation.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; able to produce clear technical documentation and deliver concise briefings.
