PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the utility Industry to bring on a talented GIS Analyst who’s ready to transform geographic data into meaningful insights. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in designing, maintaining, and delivering GIS data and visuals that support essential infrastructure and decision-making.
AboutThe Role
As a GIS Analyst, you’ll perform hands‑on technical work using advanced GIS tools to manage spatial data, support database‑driven projects, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Your work will directly impact project planning, system accuracy, and operational efficiency—making this a role where your skills truly matter.
What You’ll Do Day‑to‑Day- Design, maintain, and produce geographic data and visual graphics using automated GIS systems
- Translate As‑Built maps into accurate, high‑quality GIS data
- Manage and support databases, including CMMS‑related projects
- Assist project teams by providing GIS data, maps, and exhibits
- Work with GIS attributes, schemas, and data structures to ensure integrity and usability
- Support special projects tied to data analysis, visualization, and system improvements
- GIS educational background OR ESRI certification OR Military Occupational Specialty related to GIS
- Experience with database management
- Familiarity with ESRI Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro
- Ability to read, interpret, and convert As‑Built maps into GIS datasets
- Experience working with GIS attributes and schema
- Utility industry experience
- Utility Network experience

Pay Details$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
