Short DescriptionThe Clinical Pharmacy Specialist provides advanced clinical pharmacy services in various specialties to ensure optimal safety and cost-effective therapeutic regimens in collaboration with respective specialty disciplines
Experience Required3-5 years experience preferred.
Education RequirementsDoctorate Degree
License/Certification RequirementsPostgraduate (PGY2) residency in required specialty.
New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months).
