Short Description- Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety, and efficacy prior to dispensing to an individual patient, including routine, stat, and investigational orders.
- Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment, and clinical programs.
Hospital pharmacy experience (or clinically relevant experience) or graduate of a Doctor of Pharmacy Program required.
Education RequirementsBachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
License/Certification RequirementsNew Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure).
