Job Description

This role involves greeting, guiding, and managing patients and visitors throughout the campus, acting as the primary contact for patients, visitors, and staff, and working closely with our courier services, security, staff, and leadership within the building/campus.

Responsibilities
  • Greet, guide, and manage patients and visitors throughout the campus.
  • Act as the primary contact for patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Work closely with our courier services, security, staff, and leadership within the building/campus.
  • Provide level one support and point person in partnership with our leadership, facilities, and support services team for property issues.
  • Assist with customer service requests.
  • Maintain the lobby area and escalate issues accordingly.
  • Demonstrate strong team player skills with solid organizational skills.
  • Provide exceptional service skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Perform other related assigned duties as needed.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in general office, healthcare, and/or hospitality.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Education

High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's Degree Preferred.

Attention to detail and strong organization skills. Exceptional service skills and ability to connect with people at all levels within the organization.
