MANAGER OF LEARNING AND QUALITY PRN

Join Cooper University Health Care as a part‑time Manager of Learning and Quality. This role reports to the Director of Learning & Quality and oversees training and quality programs to support an exceptional patient experience at the Patient Access Center in Camden, NJ.

Short Description

The Patient Access Center is a 65+ seat, growing contact center that provides a centralized point of access to physician and radiology services across multiple disciplines. The Manager will integrate Cooper’s mission and values into learning and quality programs, evaluate performance, and ensure high‑level experiences for patients, employees, and physicians.

Experience Required
  • 3‑5 years in a contact center environment with experience in learning and quality capacities
  • Understanding of the unique demands of healthcare
  • Passion for delivering a wonderful experience to employees and customers; strategic and tactical initiative skills
  • Strong technical skills with current contact center technology and trends
  • Ability to partner with cross‑functional departments to meet objectives and resolve issues
  • Experience conducting business process reviews, recommending enhancements, implementing solutions, and delivering measurable results in a fast‑track environment
Education Requirements
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Special Requirements

Strong management‑level written and verbal communication skills; ability to write and deliver presentations; strong management presence for interactions with corporate leaders and front‑line team members. Motivated, decisive, self‑starter with excellent time management and organizational skills. Bilingual skills are a plus.
