Join Neuropath Behavioral Healthcare as a Bilingual Behavioral Technician. The role is located in Camden County, NJ and comes with a $300 sign‑on bonus.

$20.00/hr – $25.00/hr

As a Bilingual Behavioral Technician you will support children with developmental and intellectual disabilities in‑home, in‑community, and in‑center. Providers typically work 5–20 hours per week, with 2–4 hour shifts mainly scheduled in the evenings. Services are hands‑off, emotionally supportive, and designed to promote client alertness, engagement, and emotional well‑being.

• Provide non‑physical emotional and behavioral support to children and families
• Implement strategies outlined in each child’s Individual Support Plan
• Conduct functional assessments, including Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Use redirection strategies to manage behavioral concerns
• Submit visit notes promptly following each session in accordance with organizational and compliance guidelines
• Respond to crises using de‑escalation and safety strategies
• Engage clients in interest‑based activities to support growth and awareness
• Attend case reviews, team meetings, and required trainings
• Follow all agency protocols, procedures, and professional guidelines

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available)
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
• Either 3 years of relevant experience or 1 year with a valid RBT certification
• Must complete the NJ CSOC Behavioral Assistant Certification within 6 months of hire
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License and proof of auto insurance
• Must pass all state and federal background checks
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) candidates are encouraged to apply

• $150 issued after 45 days of active case assignment
• $150 issued after an additional 60 days
• Must meet all eligibility criteria throughout the bonus period

• Complete all onboarding and orientation requirements
• Maintain a minimum weekly caseload of 2–3 assigned clients
• Stay actively engaged and attend all scheduled sessions
• Remain in good standing throughout the bonus period

• Consistently meet performance expectations and documentation deadlines
• Have no active Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) or disciplinary actions
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors and families
• Comply with all attendance policies and case responsibilities
