Cooper Norcross Health in Camden, NJ, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider Lead (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to drive Trauma and Acute Care Surgery APP services, mentor staff, and manage staffing.
You will partner with medical leaders to recruit, onboard, and oversee APPs across TSICU, TSDU, floors, and clinic coverage, while advancing performance improvement initiatives.
Minimum 18 months licensed APP experience;
Master’s degree; NJ APN & RN license with board certification and BLS.
