The Housekeeping Supervisor at Hilton Garden Inn is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department. This role ensures that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. The supervisor leads, trains, and supports the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet Hilton Garden Inn quality standards.
- Assign daily tasks and manage staff schedules to ensure efficient coverage.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any housekeeping-related issues.
- Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Support the Executive Housekeeper in administrative tasks as required.
- Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills.
