Job Summary
Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Human Resources Business Partner to their team in the Philadelphia metro region.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities- Develop people strategies and design approaches to diagnose and enhance organization effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals.
- Provide HR expertise in feedback, employee relations, policy, compensation, and coaching.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Assist with the development, updating, and communication of all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory laws.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, comprehension, and reasoning skills.
- Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
- Thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and related administration.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and ability to adapt them to the company’s needs.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Detail oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and HCM systems.
- 8+ years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or similar position.
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including organization diagnosis, employee relations, compensation practices, performance management, and federal and state employment laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Communication, or equivalent work experience.
- $80,000 - $110,000 USD
