Holtec International, a global leader in clean energy innovation, is seeking a motivated Network Administrator I/ II to join our Infrastructure and Security Operations team in Camden, NJ. The role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career networking professional eager to expand their technical skillset in a hands‑on enterprise environment. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers to support, troubleshoot, and enhance Holtec’s enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sites, with a focus on learning, professional development, and exposure to advanced technologies supporting critical infrastructure operations.

• Support, troubleshoot, and enhance Holtec’s enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sites.

• Learn and advance in networking—monitoring, firewall management, automation, and network operations tools.

• Participate in on‑site, hands‑on practical assessments to demonstrate troubleshooting and technical proficiency during the interview process.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent hands‑on experience).
• 2–5 years of experience supporting enterprise or large‑scale network infrastructure.
• Strong desire to learn and advance in network monitoring, firewall management, and automation.
• Certifications:
  
  CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA (not required).
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a technical team.
• Routing & Switching:
  Cisco IOS/NX‑OS, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and trunking (802.1q).
• Wireless:
  Extreme/Aerohive Cloud IQ, Aruba, or other enterprise Wi‑Fi platforms.
• Monitoring Tools:
  Solar Winds, Manage Engine, PRTG, Zabbix, SNMP, or Syslog.
• VPN Technologies: IPSec Site‑to‑Site, SSL VPN, Cisco Any Connect, or Global Protect.
• Automation & Scripting:
  Basic knowledge of Python or Power Shell, or interest in developing scripting capabilities.
• Visualization & Documentation:
  Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, or comparable tools for network topology and process documentation.
• Virtualization:
  Working familiarity with VMware vSphere or similar platforms.
• Firewalls:
  Experience reviewing logs, troubleshooting connectivity, and interest in developing expertise with Palo Alto or other NGFWs.

• Minimal travel (20–30%) between domestic sites.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
• Participation in a rotating on‑call schedule is required.
• Training and certification support available to encourage professional advancement.
