Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist

Job Description

Pay Range: $45hr - $50hr

• The Business Intelligence Analyst Specialist will be responsible for building analytics solutions, dashboards, and data pipelines that provide real‑time business visibility and actionable insights.
• This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to support strategic and operational decision‑making through data‑driven analysis and automation.

• Build dashboards and reports to support business visibility and performance.
• Analyze program schedules, sourcing data, shop floor data, and financial information.
• Provide data insights to support strategic and operational planning.
• Develop and maintain executive and program review KPIs for real‑time visibility and decision‑making.
• Support measurement and evaluation of supply chain initiatives.
• Enhance BI tools and systems such as Power BI, Palantir Foundry, and other licensed tools.
• Create and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure reliable and sustainable data delivery.
• Automate manual reporting and repetitive system processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Partner with Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Experience delivering end‑to‑end BI solutions from stakeholder requirements through proof of concept to project completion.
• Strong SQL and SQL backend skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools.
• Experience with BI platforms such as Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a Graduate degree.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in BI, analytics, data science, dashboarding, business intelligence, or process automation.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms such as Palantir Foundry preferred.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
