We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to lead, develop and implement solutions related to program reviews, sourcing data, program schedules, financial information, executive reviews and opportunities for streamlining and process automation. Must be able to use tools such as Power BI, Palantir Foundry and other data-access tools to develop dashboards, KPIs, reports, drill‑down capabilities, and actionable information with impact.

Analytics & Insights:

• Build dashboards and reports to support business visibility and performance.
• Analyze programmatic schedules, sourcing data, shop floor and financial information.
• Provide data insights to support strategic and operational planning.

KPI Development & Performance Management:

• Develop and maintain executive and program‑review chain KPIs for real‑time visibility and decision making.
• Support the measurement and evaluation of supply‑chain initiatives.

Systems, Pipelines & Process Optimization:

• Enhance BI tools and systems (e.g., Power BI, Palantir Foundry and other licensed tools).
• Create and maintain scalable data pipelines to ensure reliable and sustainable data delivery.
• Automate manual reporting processes and repetitive system processes to drive efficiency, consistency and eliminate errors.

Collaboration & Business Partnership:

• Partner closely with cross‑functional teams across Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience is required.
• Experience in BI, analytics, data science dashboarding, business intelligence, process automation or similar fields.
• Experience taking a vision from stakeholder requirements through proof of concept to project completion with full stakeholder satisfaction.
• Experience with Palantir Foundry and SAP S/4 HANA.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools.
• Experience with BI systems such as Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong SQL/SQL backend skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines for operational reporting and analytics.
• Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
