Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Industrial Security in Camden, NJ. The Sr. Specialist, Industrial Security position will maintain up-to-date records of COMSEC inventory and submit required accounting reports IAW policies and procedures.

• Programming and local distribution of COMSEC devices to include but not limited to;
  Secure Telephone Equipment (STE), Sectera vIPer Universal Secure phone, and network encryptor solutions (i.e. TACLANEs).
• Coordinate and track actions necessary to ensure all COMSEC materials are delivered to customer locations.
• Order, receipt, loading and management of COMSEC keying material using devices such as the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) and Simple Key Loader (SKL) and other devices as necessary.
• Ensure each COMSEC Element accounts (KMI and DIAS) follow NSA policies.
• Work with large COMSEC inventories and be familiar with chip to board to unit progression.
• Provide technical and administrative support to COMSEC equipment holders.
• Update and maintain the SOPs for multiple COMSEC activities.
• Re-key/upgrade all circuits as required.
• Assist in properly storing, managing, and maintaining accountability within KMI and DIAS on all COMSEC material and assets.
• Ensure prompt and accurate preparation, signature, and submission of account correspondence, message, and accounting reports.
• Aid in corporate and DCSA assessments.
• Other duties assigned within the Security Office.

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of KMI & DIAS experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of KMI & DIAS experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain a CI poly
• Experience working in a COMSEC Account with a large volume of transactions and hand receipts.
• Have completed required NSA COMSEC training within the required performance timelines.

• Soft skills (I.E. Proficient in MS Office, Strong communication…)

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $86,. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3
