Campbell’s has a variety of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to support employees.

• Serve as the primary liaison among Corporate Functions, technology teams, IT leadership, business executives, project managers, the IT PMO, and IT Finance, ensuring alignment with enterprise governance, standards, tools, and processes.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to translate strategic priorities into an integrated portfolio roadmap, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic Plan, and investment plan.
• Lead demand intake, assessment, prioritization, and sequencing; facilitate decisions based on strategic alignment, value, risk, capacity, dependencies, and funding.
• Manage the Corporate Functions technology portfolio financials, including Plan, Forecast, Actuals, variances, financial risks, and benefits tracking; partner with the IT PMO and IT Finance to adhere to enterprise budget and forecasting processes.
• Lead resource capacity planning across the portfolio; identify supply‑and‑demand gaps, resolve constraints, and recommend staffing or sequencing changes.
• Manage, coach, and develop project managers assigned to the portfolio; set expectations and promote consistent delivery practices and accountability.
• Establish and maintain portfolio governance, decision forums, stage gates, and escalation paths in partnership with the IT PMO.
• Monitor portfolio health and value realization across scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and expected outcomes; identify and escape cross‑functional concerns and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Consolidate information across project managers to prepare and present portfolio dashboards, forecasts, recommendations, and decision materials that provide executive visibility for IT PMO, IT Finance, business, and IT leadership reviews.
• Partner with project sponsors and delivery leaders to resolve cross‑project dependencies, resource conflicts, and risks that affect portfolio objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in portfolio management processes, tools, data quality, delivery discipline, reporting, and benefits realization.

• Bachelors Degree 6+ years of professional experience, including experience in portfolio, program, or project management in a business‑facing role.
• Demonstrated experience managing a portfolio of complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives and aligning investments with business strategy.
