- This role reports to the Vice President, Enterprise Logistics & Transportation. The successful candidate will lead all company operated distribution centers as well as third party distribution centers across the Meals & Beverages (M&B) and Snacks divisions, covering approximately 40 locations. The Sr. Director of Logistics is a critical leadership role within the Supply Chain Logistics organization. The position is responsible for driving breakthrough cost savings, enhancing internal and external customer service performance, and strengthening relationships with both internal distribution operations and external partners.
- Develop and execute the overall distribution strategy and process for finished goods across M&B and Snacks. Set direction for the broader warehouse network team and validate compliance by benchmarking internally and externally on core KPIs. Lead innovation in productivity, asset utilization, and customer fulfillment solutions.
- Oversee the Campbell Logistics Team and outsourced strategic 3PL partners. Foster a culture of collaboration, partnership, and continuous capability development. Lead best practice identification and reapplication across processes, analytics, delivery methods, service, and sustainability initiatives.
- Drive cost savings projects across the network and ensure compliance with financial controls, including SOX audits and timely revenue recognition. Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and manage ongoing cost performance and forecasts.
- Lead team engagement and talent management initiatives to build leadership capability, problem solving skills, business process analytics, and project management expertise. Develop a continuous improvement culture across the Logistics organization.
- Proven track record in leadership, project management, collaboration, and communication.
- Demonstrated success in continuous improvement and strategic execution within complex supply chain environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field required; MBA/MS preferred and/or a minimum of 15+ years experience in warehousing and logistics operations, including 3PL management and sourcing.
- Experience managing operations with food grade or regulated products and in highly seasonal/variable volume businesses.
- Systems experience: SAP, JDA, Power Bi, and Microsoft 365.
The target base salary range for this full‑time, salaried position is between $144,200 and $207,200. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
