Virtua Health is seeking a part‑time Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our dynamic OB/GYN Hospitalist Team. This position offers a 24‑hour work week, primarily based at our Camden hospital, with flexibility to float to Mt. Holly and Voorhees locations as needed. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of three years of clinical experience who are committed to providing compassionate, high‑quality care.

The starting salary for this position is $76,680.00. The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is eligible for a quality‑based incentive bonus. The amount of the bonus is subject to the terms and conditions of the employment agreement.
