• Pay Rate: $97.65/hr

• Location: Camden, NJ 08103 (New Jersey nursing jobs)
• Healthcare Setting: Level 1 Trauma Center Operating Room
• Schedule: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM shifts
• Hours per Week: 36
• Contract Duration: 13-week nursing contract
• Holiday Coverage: Must work 1 summer and 1 fall/winter holiday (if off the holiday, work the day before or after); must work both a winter and spring hallmark shift; must work both an evening and a day shift.

• Minimum 3 years of professional Operating Room Registered Nurse experience
• Level 1 trauma nursing experience required
• Active New Jersey RN license (BSN preferred)
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including 1 booster
• Exceptional attention to detail for patient safety and quality monitoring
• Strong organizational skills for clinical coordination in the OR

• Deliver expert perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma operating room
• Collaborate with surgical and healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Monitor and uphold patient safety and clinical quality standards throughout procedures
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Comply with all hospital protocols and regulatory requirements
