Location: New Jersey
Position Type: Part-Time – 30 Hours/Week
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–12:00 Midnight
Setting: Employer-Based Occupational Health Clinic / Pharmaceutical Environment

Looking for a provider role where you can focus on patient care without nights on call, weekends, productivity quotas, or insurance pressures?

Medcor is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in an employer-based occupational health clinic located within a pharmaceutical company in New Jersey
.

This is a unique opportunity to practice in a collaborative workplace health setting while maintaining a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call requirements
.

As the onsite NP/PA, you’ll provide high-quality care to employees while working closely with Medcor’s clinical and operational teams, an assigned oversight physician, and key client partners.

What You’ll Do

The clinic provides a broad range of occupational and employee health services, including:

  • Evaluate and treat workplace injuries and illnesses
  • Provide urgent and episodic care within the clinic’s scope of services
  • Manage workers’ compensation-related injuries and illnesses
  • Perform surveillance and regulatory examinations
  • Support preventive health and wellness initiatives
  • Educate patients regarding medical conditions and treatment options
  • Coach employees on healthy behaviors and preventive care
  • Collaborate with onsite health, safety, environmental, HR, and benefits teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation using Medcor’s EMR and other clinical tools
  • Build strong relationships with employees, client leadership, and Medcor colleagues

What You’ll Need
  • Current, unrestricted New Jersey Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
  • Current DEA registration
  • Current BLS certification
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable working independently in an onsite clinic environment
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative, patient-focused approach to care
  • Commitment to providing an exceptional patient and client experience
Even Better If You Have
  • Occupational health experience
  • Previous employer-based or worksite clinic experience
  • Experience treating workplace injuries and workers’ compensation cases
