We’re expanding our outside sales team — growing from 12 to 15 reps — and looking for driven professionals who want more than just a job.
You don’t need pest control experience. What matters is follow-through, hunger, and the ability to handle your day without being told what to do. If you’ve sold anything before — especially to small businesses — you’ll be off to a fast start. If not, we’ll train you to get there.
This is outbound B2B sales — not residential, and not door‑to‑door. You’ll walk into businesses, build relationships, and close recurring revenue contracts that create long‑term value. It’s high‑trust, high‑reward sales.

What you’ll be doing:
- Build your pipeline by identifying and signing new commercial clients
- Generate your own leads and set your own appointments
- Follow up, follow through, and close
- Learn how our services solve high‑stakes problems for businesses
- Own your calendar and your territory
- Collaborate with a team that pushes and supports each other
- $120K+ on‑target earnings (W2)
- Sole territory (Long Branch, Camden, Woodbury areas available)
- Health insurance reimbursement
- Company vehicle, gas card, and EZ Pass (after hitting milestones)
- Company tablet + phone with data
- Paid time off starting immediately
