TEKsystems is currently supporting a client in Camden, NJ hiring for an Account Manager/Sales Support Specialist. This position would support the sales purchase order process in a manufacturing environment. Applicants with experience in sales and administrative support are encouraged to apply.

• Support sales manager with purchase order requests
• Enter sales orders and process information accurately
• Evaluate and track inventory levels and communicate processes with internal team effectively
• Provide strong customer service and support for customer inquiries
• Provide shipping updates and invoicing requirements
• Organize data in Excel and accurately input customer information
• Adhere to policies and processes for company standards

• Sales support experience
• Any steel industry experience highly preferred but not required
• Excel skills and comfortable with data
• Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency
• Invoicing/billing experience
• Shipping/receiving experience
• Customer service skills

• Monday-Friday
• On-site position
• 8am-5pm
• Must be comfortable in a manufacturing environment

Pay range: $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
