• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk area.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required by site protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and following established procedures.
• Communicate and coordinate with Allied Universal management and/or client representatives regarding security-related matters and incidents.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required by site protocols.
• Assist with emergency response activities and provide information or directions to visitors and employees when appropriate.

• At least 5 years of security-related experience is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
