- Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and guests by following security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies at the front desk of an automotive location.
- Monitor access control at the front desk, verifying identification and credentials for individuals entering the premises.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, coordinating with Allied Universal management and/or site contacts as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, visitor check‑ins, and security‑related incidents.
- Assist with emergency response activities by following established protocols and communicating promptly with appropriate personnel.
- Support Allied Universal in helping to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining a professional presence at the front desk.
- Answer questions and provide directions or information to visitors and employees, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- At least 5 years of security‑related experience is required.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
