• Pay rate: $32.02 per hour
• Shift differential: $1 per hour
• Stable hourly schedule for financial stability
• Tool allowance: $300 quarterly
• Boot allowance: $250 per year

• Monday – Friday, 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm (some weekends required)
• Repair/maintenance shop at our Camden, NJ collection site
• Flexible hours within a stable schedule to support work‑life balance

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
• Estimate time and material costs for vehicle repairs and new parts.
• Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
• Carry out safety checks on vehicles to ensure employee and community safety.
• Complete required paperwork, document parts usage, and account for repair times.
• Assist senior mechanics with project work.
• Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards and safety procedures.

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull, crouch, climb, stand, walk, grasp, sit, and balance as required.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical exam.

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing; constant standing, walking, grasping.
• Exposure to cuts, burns, toxic chemicals, noise, odor, weather extremes.
• Work performed both inside garage/shop and outdoors in inclement weather, heat, and humidity.
