Program Director - Coordinated Assessment

Location: Camden County, NJ

Job Type/Status: Full-Time

Salary: $55,000 to $61,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducts crisis and non-crisis assessments of individuals and families.
• Makes appropriate referrals for long-term and short-term interventions for program participants and referents as needed.
• Maintains appropriate paperwork including program documentation.
• Ensures that the CoA staff are serving the target population.
• Provides and ensures adequate program content supervision of all staff employed by Coordinated Assessment.
• Completes a staff schedule monthly that ensures program coverage in accordance with licensing requirements and the needs of the program.
• Meets with Program Director biweekly for supervision and monthly for staff meetings.
• Provides oversight, supervision and process training to staff, four-county stakeholders, maintaining relevant documentation of training and issues.
• Builds and maintains relationships and collaborations with providers to promote the program and to provide supportive services.
• Ensures continuum of services facilitated through Coordinated Assessment services.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field, commensurate experience in working with homeless populations.
• Three or more years of experience working with the program population.
• Current driver's license with a good driving record of at least three years
• Vehicle with current insurance and registration
