Overview
The Solution Developer II will design, build, and maintain web applications that support our business operations and customer needs. This role focuses on modern JavaScript/Type Script development with React/Next.js and Node.js, with additional exposure to .NET and SQL Server. You’ll work in a collaborative environment where usability, performance, and reliability matter as much as shipping features on time.
This role will report fully in-person to our Camden NJ location 5 days a week.
Responsibilities- Develop, test, and maintain applications using React/Next.js, Node.js, C#/.NET, and SQL Server
- Build user interfaces that are responsive, accessible, and performant across devices
- Write clean, maintainable code using modern version control and CI/CD practices
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver business-critical features
- Contribute to system design discussions, technical decisions, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and support applications in production environments
- 2+ years of professional experience developing web applications
- Strong JavaScript/Type Script skills and experience with React or Next.js
- Experience with SQL (preferably SQL Server) and basic backend development (Node.js or .NET)
- Experience building APIs and working with microservices
- Familiarity with web fundamentals: HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, HTML5, CSS3
- Experience with Git-based workflows and code reviews
- Experience with Mobile Application development.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- Understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and performance tuning
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) functionality into applications and business solutions.
- A problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn new tech quickly
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams
- Care for code quality, maintainability, and the end-user experience
We are excited to share that the base salary range for this position is $85,207.20 - $ . This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining a starting rate of pay.
