PT Bus Driver

Part-time bus driver needed for  school year!

Catholic Partnership Schools, Camden, NJ, is in need of a bus driver to transport elementary and middle school-aged students to extracurricular activities in Camden and Pennsauken, as well as local field trips. It’s a great job for a recent retiree with a flexible schedule!

The driver will work Monday-Thursday from 2pm-5pm from September through June (excluding holidays and school breaks), with several full day field trips each month and very occasional trips on evenings and weekends. In a typical week, you’ll work 12-20 hours, with some weeks going up to 35-40 hours (this is rare).

We also need a driver who would assist us in keeping the bus on schedule with inspection and maintenance requirements as needed.

To qualify, you must possess a current NJ CDL license class B or above with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements. Must also pass required physical and background checks

$25-32 per hour, depending on experience.

Range from 12 hours minimum to 40 hours maximum. In a typical week, you’ll work 12-20 hours, 40 hour weeks are unusual. Must be available Monday-Thursday from 2-5pm during the school year.
