Recruiting Solutions is seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician for a manufacturing company in the Camden, SC area! The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. • Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose, repair, and replace machine components such as motors, conveyors, spindles, belts, and gears
• Install and maintain production equipment and facility systems
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including 480V/220V/120V and low-voltage DC controls
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
• Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized
• Welding or fabrication experience a plus

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 5–7 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Welding and electrical experience preferred
• Must demonstrate stable work history with relevant experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs
