Conducts organizational needs assessments and performance gap analysis on an ongoing basis to determine training plans and knowledge management needs.

Measurement and Evaluation:
Provides ongoing evaluation of the quality and effectiveness of educational programs using the Kirkpatrick's evaluation levels ensuring that learning outcomes and organizational outcomes are improved. Measures are benchmarked against best practice organizations.

Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies are met through the provision of orientation sessions and the annual safety training required for all employees.
