Your Role: Join our care team as an RN, leading nursing staff and ensuring top‑notch care for our residents. You’ll develop care plans, work with doctors and CNAs, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment.
Hours: 7am-7pm (day shift)
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Active RN license (Missouri)
- BLS/CPR certification
- 2+ years in skilled nursing preferred (not required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver resident care
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Administer medications and update records
- Ensure compliance with safety and state regulations
- Collaborate with the healthcare team
- Maintain proper use of equipment and supplies
