Patient Access Rep - Medical Group of Mitchell County

Responsibilities include:

• Answer office telephones and direct callers appropriately
• Schedule appointments for patients
• Patient registration, checking patients in and out at front desk
• Ability to complete daily office tasks in a timely manner
• Effectively communicate with patients, taking into consideration their age and level of understanding
• Insurance verification

Experience/Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must enjoy working with the public
• Computer skills necessary
