Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience on every visit. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure high quality, service, and cleanliness for customers.

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including: planning each shift, monitoring performance, ensuring team meets McDonald’s standards, monitoring safety, security and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager to prepare a great shift, and meeting targets. They may also help their assigned departments achieve their goals.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules, who enjoy the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise‑owned and operated restaurants.
