Maintenance Technician – Full Time

Location:

In person – Camilla, GA

Salary: $18 - $20 per hour

• Reports directly to Property Manager.
• Works regular hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and may be on call.
• Walks property regularly to assess and perform maintenance as directed.
• Maintains physical capability to walk around property, lift heavy items, handle stairs.
• Manages HVAC systems, appliances, electricity, plumbing, carpentry needs.
• Performs repairs, improvements, and make‑ready tasks per manager instructions.
• Maintains valid driver’s license, professional image, and daily reporting.
• Tracks and orders parts, maintains inventory, and keeps records of service requests.
• Inspects and maintains exterior lighting, gutters, roofs, walkways, pools, etc.
• Prepares for government program inspections (MORs, REACs).
• Assumes on‑call duties as assigned and attends training.
• Follows company policy and safety procedures.
