Customer Service Job Details:
- Monday
- Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
Pay Rate: $24.88/hr.
- Answer inbound calls
- Document calls in CRM
- Update customers on order progress by researching in ERP
Customer Service Requirements:
- Ability to answer inbound calls professionally
- Ability to accurately document in Excel
- Must have call center experience with CRM and ERP
