• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4 x 10-hour shifts ); coverage 1/3/2027 - 6/30/2027; no call; no guaranteed hours; all overtime must be approved by department admin; lunch not included (provider clocks in/out for lunch)
• Job Setting: Outpatient;
  Holy Spirit Medical Center, Penn State Health
  - Camp Hill, PA;
  Level 2 Trauma Center; EMR:
  Epic (implementing October 31, 2026)
• Types of Cases: General, Orthopedics, Urology, Ophthalmology, Plastics, ENT, Neurosurgery (Head & Spine), Vascular (Complex), Thoracic, Podiatry, EP, Endoscopy, Bronchoscopy, Level 2 Trauma, ECT support;
  Pediatric cases;
  Regional Anesthesia;
  Spinal Anesthesia;
  Epidural Anesthesia;
  Arterial Line placement preferred; CRNA supervision preferred; patients per shift: 2-12
• Credentialing: Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60-120 days; malpractice insurance provided by vendor; no temporary privileges available

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required; NBCRNA certification required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
• Licensure: Licensed in PA (IMLC not accepted)
