Systems Endpoint Solutions Architect, Unified Communications

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Endpoint Solutions Architect, Unified Communications to join our team in Camp Springs, MD
. This is a hybrid position.

• Design and implement UC endpoint/conference room technology solutions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customer endpoints and room technologies, facilitating collaborations and implementations that fully leverage core UC services.
• Ensure implementations include VTC, Digital Signage, Teams, video streaming, and collaborative user solutions.
• Maintain, update, and modify AV standards documents that guide all UC endpoint installations.
• Formulate goals and potential enhancements to federal agency standards for consideration of implementation into enterprise systems.
• Travel a significant amount for endpoint/room installations, modifications, solutions creation, customer interfacing, installation oversight of contracted installer teams, and to perform quality control and assurance of installations throughout the enterprise field sites.
• Represent the team in briefings and presentations.

• 5+ years of experience working within the IT field with a focus on UC delivery mechanisms and their utilization by customers throughout an enterprise.
• Skillset/work experience equivalence to Cisco CCDP or CCNP Collaboration with a focus on Design and Planning.
• Expertise in all UC and delivery vendor companies' endpoint/customer portfolios
• Demonstrated experience in automation of routine tasks and associated industry leading toolsets

• Current Cisco CCDP, or CCNP

• Must be able to pass USCIS background investigation (public trust)

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
