Business Technology Integrators (BTI)

a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business with over 25 years of experience delivering innovative IT solutions to the Federal Government, is seeking a Technical Lead to support DHS US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

• Ensure all work performed by the teams complies with technical, security and USCIS IT policy guidelines.
• Lead Dev Sec Ops  teams to perform required tasks applying strong understanding and experience spanning Java, CI/CD Jenkins, infrastructure and code automation, Kubernetes, alerting and monitoring tools, application and infrastructure-application logging, security tools, Git Hub, code quality tools, secrets management, AWS services suite, etc.;
  Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) framework, Infrastructure, UXD/IXD development methodologies, and Infrastructure Maintenance Operations experience using the tools included in the Development/Test Tool Suite identified previously.
• Lead the requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation of enhancements.
• Evaluate technical trends and provide recommendations for technology and architecture to meet business objectives.

• Bachelor's degree or substitute additional years of related experience.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the IT field focusing on development projects, Dev Sec Ops , and technical architecture, of which three (3) years shall be in architecture and design of enterprise applications in cloud platforms, preferably in AWS.
• Must possess expertise in large-scale, high-performance enterprise application deployment and solution architecture on complex heterogeneous environments in AWS.
• Strong understanding and work experience in Dev Sec Ops  such as Java, CI/CD Jenkins, infrastructure and code automation, Kubernetes, alerting and monitoring tools, application and infrastructure-application logging, security tools, Git Hub, code quality tools, secrets management, AWS services suite, etc.;
  Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) framework, Infrastructure, UXD/IxD development methodologies, and Infrastructure Maintenance Operations experience using the tools identified in the Development/Test Tool Suite identified previously.
