Special Police Officer

• Authorized to work in the United State (U.S. citizens preferable)
• At minimum, possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent (see additional required Specific Experience).
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Successfully pass standard background checks, as per Licensing requirements.
• Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable
• Successfully pass drug screening, as per Licensing requirements;
  May be subject to random drug testing.
• Ideal candidates have at least (3) years of armed guard experience and possess a valid Armed Special Police Officer license and be willing to transfer to systems if offered the position.

Possess an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice (or 60 credit hours with 27 hours in core curriculum) from a fully accredited Institution and have been employed in the field of Criminal Justice during the past year and have the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position.
