As a Dispatcher, you are a key member in upholding our service philosophy to provide the highest level of customer service. You are responsible for handling the dispatching for both Mr. Rooter and Aire Serv, which includes 16 service professionals, 5 install teams, the hydro scrubbing, the duct cleaning, and the septic pumping. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

• Receive jobs and schedule them, confirm all appointments, resolve any scheduling conflicts in a professional and courteous manner
• Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services in the most efficient manner
• Coordinate delays in schedule with customers and service technicians
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross‑training in related positions

• Minimum two years admin experience
• Knowledge of area and strong verbal communication skills
• Detail‑oriented with strong data entry skills
• Positive attitude, having a calm demeanor in fast‑pace situations
• Team player who can work independently
