Position Summary:

Monitors assigned area, verifies and pays jackpots, redeems TITO tickets for guests, performs minor slot machine repairs, and completes tax forms. The position requires working in an environment where smoking is permitted and a comfort with exposure to smoke while performing job duties.

• Performs hand pays, TITO redemptions, and makes change for guests.
• Properly completes tax forms.
• Monitors all areas of the gaming floor and assists with keeping it clean and clear of debris.
• Assesses machine problems and performs minor repairs & maintenance.
• Assists other departments with guest service, including serving non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Ensures compliance with all gaming regulations and ordinances.
• Responsible for safeguarding and balancing the assigned bank impress.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
